I need urgent confirmation of your assistance to the Field Trip. This is because
I need to book hotels and decide about the size of the transportation. Send your

the sooner the better because I will be out of office most of February.

| March 18 | Transfer Havana - Moa (Hotel in Moa) |
| March 19 | Moa - Sagua de Tanamo-Sabaneta. Ophiolites, olistostromes and Paleogene volcanic section (Hotel in Moa) |
| March 20 | Moa eastward to Baracoa. Ophiolites including basaltic bodies and Cretaceous radiolarian cherts. (Hotel in Baracoa) |
| March 21 | Moa to Santiago de Cuba. Road La Farola. Metamorphic Cretaceous volcanic arc rocks. Visit to El Cobre mine and Chappel (Hotel in Santiago) |
| March 22 | Santiago de Cuba westward. Road
south of Sierra Maestra to Turquino. The Paleocene-Eocene plutonic and volcanic arc rocks. Relationships with the deformed Cretaceous arc and latest Cretaceous-Danian sediments. (Hotel in Santiago) |
