GEOSCIINFO

e-mail list

Date: Fri, 20 Oct 2000
From: BillW billw@mail.utexas.edu)
Subject: New, Informational email list created

To: GeoSci at large

We have created a new emailing list, called GEOSCIINFO. This list is open to all former students, BEG and UTIG persons, and those who just wish to "keep up" with general information about the Department.

[This is in addition to our other mailing lists, so if you are already on one of the department's mailing list by virtue of being current faculty, staff, grad, or undergrad, you *should not* subscribe to this new list.]

Subscribers to the list may not send to the list...this is a one-way street of general information to those who might be interested in hearing about power outages, building renovation matters, announcements regarding fellowships, jobs, and other very general information relating to the Geology Building and the Department. For instance, former graduate students who want to "keep up" with what's going on could subscribe to this list.

TO SUBSCRIBE: Send an email to: listproc@lists.cc.utexas.edu in the body of the message, type: subscribe geosciinfo (your first name) (your last name)
