Research Interests:
- Plate tectonics, especially the Mesozoic tectonics of the Pacific Plate.
- Multiscale analysis of bathymetric and topographic textures, with emphasis on multibeam bathymetry.
- Interaction between mantle convection and sedimentary basins via lithospheric instabilities.
- Observational constraints on the rheological structure of the lithosphere.
