• Coordinate Jackson School Alumni Activities and student recruitment at JSG Meetings

• Coordinate UTIG Adopt-A-school program

• Fundraising - design and manage fundraising programs for organized research unit; solicit major gift/sponsored project prospects;

• Data management of Institute's geophysical data archives, assist students, faculty and industry personnel in locating and obtaining copies of Institute data.

• Sponsored project development and coordination through identifying, soliciting and cultivating proposal sponsor prospects;

• Meeting Planner-Coordinate all symposia, meetings, and workshops for research staff and students;

• Assist students with job placement through cultivated industry contacts and networking skills;
