data_table specifies the input data for the surface boundary condition, used to force the model at the atmosphere-ocean interface.
diag_table specifies the output data.
field_table specifies the initial conditions and advection schemes.
namelist specifies all the namelists that MOM4p0d is expecting to find. This contains the heart of the configuration used in our study. Some of these parameters are resolution dependent.
run script is the script used to run MOM4 on Lonestar at TACC. Of course many of the paths are specific to our machines, but the parameter settings are of general interest to anyone wanting to reproduce our results.
