Peter Flemings goes to great efforts to integrate his research into
his classroom teaching. Not only do his students get the opportunity
to study the data from his research projects, but they also benefit
from the problem-based, team-oriented assignments that he utilizes.
Past classes have also had the opportunity to interact with geologists
and engineers from industry and other Universities. Included in this
