On ../shannon/People/Current there is a directory called "All_Access"

UT software can be found online at \\ignite\software\install
HSM - UTIG uses a digital storage system
called Hierarchical
Storage Management (HSM). It manages the data by "migrating"
them back and forth from a large storage system (tapes) to
a smaller accessible disk.The data are migrated based on parameters
such as how big the file is and how often it is used. If you
don't access a directory for awhile, it will be migrated,
and may take a few minutes to "migrate back" to
the accessible disk. If you experience a lot of problems with
this, please contact tech support.
