NASA's Mars Exploration Program: Probably the best website out there that can explain what is currently going on at Mars.  Contains information on current, past and future missions to Mars.

Jet Propulsion Laboratory: Probably the second best website about Mars.  Lots of info about Mars and the rest outer space.

European Space Agency Mars Express: The European Space Agency's (ESA) webpage on their expedition to Mars with the Mars Express.

Mars Exploration Rovers: A NASA site focusing on the experiences of the rovers Spirit and Opportunity.

Mars Today: A good webpage on Mars with tons of info about the current missions.  Also check out Mars TV
