British Antarctic Survey – provides information and current news about British scientific research in Antarctica as well as answers to common questions about Antarctica.

Discovering Antarctica – an interactive site with everything from activity sheets to videos.

EducaPoles is the International Polar Foundation's educational site. An interactive site that has animations, videos and audio that address a variety of topics about both polar regions.

 Antarctica: the farthest place close to home – a 7 – 12 educational resource that provides unique curricular materials to support and enhance general science topics using Antarctic Science as a springboard.

 Teachers Experiencing Antarctica and the Arctic – an NSF-funded project that linked teachers and researchers to do field science in the Arctic and Antarctic until 2004.  Includes journals, photos and activities produced by the participating teachers.

PolarTrec – an NSF-funded program that currently links teachers and polar researchers.  Learn about ongoing polar science through journals, photos and web casts.
