TAM Home :: Wilkes Basin Transect

The Wilkes Basin Transect was flown during the 1999-2000 (SOAR RTZ9) field season. The survey was 9560 line-km, and incorporated the area from Ross Island to Dome C.

Current research incorporating Wilkes Basin data includes subglacial lake studies and subglacial geology characterization.
