UTIG has 3 systems analysts: Mark, Kevin and John. When it is necessary to contact someone about a computer problem, please use the following contact methods, in decreasing order of preference:

Preferred:
e-mail to "gripe" - not time critical (here's a problem/suggestion)
e-mail to "help" - time critical (I can't work until it's fixed)

Less Preferred:
Telephone call - very critical (e.g., e-mail's broken/network's down)

Least Preferred:
Coming to the office.
